RankTheBar is a 21+ informational social discovery network where adults can share bar experiences, reviews, photos, check-ins, and recommendations. RankTheBar does not sell alcohol, arrange alcohol service, provide transportation, or encourage underage drinking, overconsumption, impaired driving, or unsafe behavior. Please drink responsibly, obey all laws and venue rules, and verify venue details directly with the bar before relying on them. Buzzed driving is drunk driving. Do not drink and drive. Use a designated driver, rideshare, taxi, or public transportation. If there is an immediate health or safety emergency, contact local emergency services.

Please drink responsibly, obey all laws and venue rules, and verify venue details directly with the bar before relying on them.
- RankTheBar is intended only for people who are at least 21 years old in the United States, and only for people who can lawfully view and use alcohol-related venue information where they are located.
- Do not use RankTheBar to plan, encourage, or participate in unlawful alcohol consumption, underage drinking, overconsumption, impaired driving, or unsafe conduct.
- Buzzed driving is drunk driving. Plan sober transportation before drinking.
- Venue hours, menus, specials, events, cover charges, and crowd reports can change quickly. Verify important details directly with the venue.
- If there is an immediate health or safety emergency, contact local emergency services instead of relying on RankTheBar.
Accounts And Community Content
- You are responsible for the reviews, photos, check-ins, reports, bar submissions, and other content you post.
- Only post content you own or have permission to share. Do not upload copyrighted photos or media that you are not allowed to use.
- RankTheBar may remove content, reject submissions, disable accounts, or preserve records when needed for safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or product integrity.
- Some third-party content may receive legal protections, but those protections are not a guarantee for every claim, every jurisdiction, or RankTheBar-created content.
Reviews And Recommendations
- Reviews must reflect honest, real experiences. Fake reviews, undisclosed paid promotions, review manipulation, and harassment are not allowed.
- If you received payment, free items, event access, a discount, employment, ownership, family benefit, or another material connection, you must disclose it with the review.
- Rankings are community and data signals, not guarantees of quality, safety, availability, or suitability.
- If you have a material connection to a venue, disclose it clearly before posting promotional content.
Sponsored Content
- Paid placement, boosted listings, complimentary services, event promotions, influencer content, or other advertising relationships must be labeled as sponsored or advertising.
- Sponsored placement must not be represented as independent ranking, editorial judgment, or organic community sentiment.
- Admins can mark venue listings as sponsored; sponsorship does not change the requirement that reviews be honest and disclosed.
No Warranty
- RankTheBar is provided as-is and may contain errors, outdated venue information, third-party links, or user-generated content.
- RankTheBar is not legal, medical, transportation, or safety advice and is not a substitute for your own judgment, venue rules, emergency services, or applicable law.
- Use your own judgment before visiting any venue. RankTheBar is not responsible for venue conduct, transportation decisions, alcohol service, personal injury, property loss, or third-party content to the fullest extent allowed by law.
