RankTheBar does not sell alcohol, arrange alcohol service, provide transportation, or encourage underage drinking, overconsumption, impaired driving, or unsafe behavior. Please drink responsibly, obey all laws and venue rules, and verify venue details directly with the bar before relying on them. Buzzed driving is drunk driving. Do not drink and drive. Use a designated driver, rideshare, taxi, or public transportation. If there is an immediate health or safety emergency, contact local emergency services.

- Incorrect bar data, duplicate bars, closed venues, unsafe content, abusive reviews or photos, privacy requests, account issues, and copyright takedown notices.
- Logged-in users can also use the Report buttons on bar pages for specific bar, review, or photo reports.
Copyright / DMCA Notices
- For copyright requests, include the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing RankTheBar URL, your contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy statement, and your physical or electronic signature.
- RankTheBar maintains a repeat-infringer policy and may disable accounts or remove content when reports are valid, repeat reports accumulate, or risk is clear.
- Only a copyright owner or authorized agent should submit a DMCA takedown notice.
Response
- Requests are stored for administrator review. Urgent safety issues should also be reported to the venue, platform host, or local authorities as appropriate.
